Creativity with Straw Bales

Straw bale construction allows for creativity and unusual shapes, such as curved walls and window frames. Rough edges are trimmed off with a small chain saw (top) . This is an experimental project at a Natural Building Symposium at the Black Range Lodge in Kingston, New Mexico.
