Cary Diane Ellis, D.D.
FOUNDER
Cary has played a significant role on the cutting edge of the
human potentials movement for more than thirty years, integrating
consciousness with mainstream culture, facilitating thousands
to discover they could surpass their own 'boundaries' with breakthrough
experiences of miraculous healings, swimming with wild dolphins,
firewalking and other forms of personal transformation. An author
and screenwriter,
she recounts her journey in the upcoming book, Journey
of a Modern Mystic - if we're not living on the edge, we're taking
up too much room.
Also soon to be published, her First
Original Body Owner's Manual - guide to regenerative living,
will share her wisdom as an educator and practitioner in the natural
health care field; where she observed many miraculous healings
with living foods and wheatgrass, organic growing, alternative
cancer therapies, and the progressive field of Body Electronics.
As co-founder of Dolphin
Camp, Cary attributes an incredibly expanded state of consciousness
to twelve years of swimming with wild dolphins while introducing
others to the experience, recounted in
Dolphin Awakening. She also co-founded Triangle
Training Center, a flagship program combining corporate teambuilding
with outdoor adventure activities.
Cary ran alternative youth programs and personal Vision Quests
in the wilderness of the American west, and assisted with Alternative
Building Colloquiums in the Southwest, providing models for use
of straw-bale, light straw clay, cob, earth floors, plasters and
stucco, alternative energy and non-toxic and natural building
practices, permaculture and wild food crafting. Her upcoming book,
Do I Really Need Another Shopping
Bag? ...tips for eco living, covers everyday practices
for ecological lifestyles and will be highlighted on an upcoming
Biodiesel Tour.
Cary holds an honorary degree for her lifework as Doctor of Divinity
and is also writing a book on relationships called, Is
it Love or Karma? Did you come to bless me or test me, or maybe
a little of both?
Curiosity, discovery and sense of adventure have always motivated
Cary to catch the wave of human possibility. She has often sacrificed
remaining where things are safe and familiar to venture into unknown
territory for knowledge that is useful, practical and necessary
to structure our evolution towards an intelligent and ecological
future. It is her vision that the tools shared here will bring
betterment to the lives of many and greater viability to the future
of human civilization.
